Delivery & Returns
I personally pack every order. If it’s a gift, I’m happy to add a message. No prices are ever included in the parcel - only in your email receipt.
UK Delivery
- Service: Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day as standard (insured, signed-for; typically next-day by 1pm).
- If a piece is ready to ship, and the order is placed before midday I will hand it to Royal Mail that day.
- If a piece is being made-to-order, customised or altered in any way I will still use Royal Mail Special Delivery.
- Price: £9.95.
- Dispatch cut-off: Orders placed before midday ship the same day; later orders ship the next working day. If you placed your order after this time and need item(s) for the next day, please email me and I will see what I can do!
- Orders placed after midday on Friday will arrive on either Saturday or Monday. If you need a Saturday delivery, let me know in the notes or email.
- Tracking: You’ll receive your Royal Mail tracking number when your parcel is shipped, sometimes tracking updates on Royal Mail are delayed by a couple of hours.
International Delivery
I currently ship to selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact me before ordering. For orders to the USA, I will reach out to arrange delivery with duties paid.
- Sent via Royal Mail Tracked Services
- Higher value items are shipped using DHL or I am happy to discuss other couriers
- Royal Mail prices: these vary by country and will be shown at checkout.
- Tracking is provided on dispatch.
- Duties & taxes: Payable by the recipient.
- Please be aware that there may be delays at customs which I cannot be held responsible for.
- Please note that US tariffs and EU regulations change from time to time, so I’ll reach out to confirm any paperwork or courier details for international orders.
Made-to-Order & Lead Times
Some pieces are made to order (for example, the Star-Crossed Lover’s Necklace and many 9ct gold designs).
- Typical completion window: 2 weeks for a small customisation or resizing, 3 weeks for engraving, 6-8 weeks for made-to-order or bespoke pieces, then they are shipped via your chosen service.

Returns
- Window: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, this can be extended (for example, if it is a gift) but please reach out to me.
- Bespoke or personalised pieces aren’t eligible for change-of-mind returns (statutory rights for faults remain).

Condition: Unworn, in original packaging - you're welcome try the piece on but please do not take it out partying and then return!
- How to start: Email hello@yasmineverley.com for instructions or a pre-paid label.
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method once received and checked (banks usually show within 3–5 working days).

Return postage (UK):
- Use your own tracked service or request my pre-paid label.
- Tracked 48 label (low-value items): £3.55 deducted from your refund.
- Special Delivery label (higher-value items): I’ll confirm the cost before issuing and deduct it from your refund.
- Outbound shipping: If you return your entire order within the 14-day cooling-off period, I’ll also refund the standard UK delivery cost you originally paid. If you chose a faster service, I’ll refund up to the standard rate. For partial returns or returns outside the cooling-off period, outbound shipping isn’t refundable.
