In Ancient Greek myth, Libra is the sign of the goddess Dike, the personification of moral justice and equality. She sits by her father Zeus and tells him of any injustice so that it will be punished. As the sun passes through the sign of Libra, day and night are of equal length representing the goddess' love of balance.
The ring has split shoulders supporting two tiny black diamonds which represent the infinite darkness of the unknown. In the centre, a circle - considered by the Ancient Greeks to be the most geometrically perfect shape – and within it a cluster of the stars accurately forms the constellation, suspended in space by a delicate wire.
This ring usually comes in bright polished Sterling Silver but also look great in oxidised silver if you prefer.
Design is 15mm diameter x up to 2mm thick.
